Kingston Development LLC, was founded in 2001 by Ben Sharp and Jon Plaas.
Ben has been a builder/developer in the Lee's Summit area
for over 30 years.
Jon has 30 years experience in
Pharmaceutical engineering and Manufacturing. 

Ben and Jon are very involved in each aspect of the building process as
well as superintendent Ed Fitzgerl. They are always available
and open to any suggestions and concerns the client may
encounter during the building process.
